Where to watch MMA online: start with the event and country

The right MMA streaming service depends on three things: your country, the promotion and the part of the card you want. UFC, Cage Warriors and ONE Championship have different distribution arrangements. Even a single UFC event can send its early prelims, later prelims and main card to different services. A subscription carrying the first bouts does not automatically include the headline card.

This guide was checked against public official information on 13 October 2026. We did not buy subscriptions or test playback inside paid accounts. The service links below are viewing checks, not a promise that a particular event is included. Before paying, find the exact event in the provider's local schedule and identify whether it is live coverage, a full replay or highlights.

United Kingdom: TNT Sports, HBO Max and Fight Pass

For UFC in the United Kingdom, check TNT Sports' event listing first, then the early-prelim listing on UFC Fight Pass. TNT Sports is available through an eligible UK HBO Max sports plan and through television distributors. HBO Max's entertainment plans are distinct from its TNT Sports offering; being able to watch HBO programmes is not proof that your account includes UFC.

Some UFC cards are offered on TNT Sports Box Office, which is separate from ordinary TNT Sports subscription coverage. Do not buy a standard sports plan because a television listing mentions a Box Office event. Confirm the named event and the charge on the official Box Office page. Our UK UFC viewing guide explains the phases, local dates and daylight-saving checks in more detail.

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland need separate routes

Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom. Use the UK territory route when checking an account registered there. The Republic of Ireland has its own distribution arrangements: HBO Max's Ireland help page explicitly says TNT Sports is not available through HBO Max in Ireland and directs viewers towards Sky or Virgin Media.

That difference matters even when the same UFC broadcast is available in both territories. Access to the HBO Max entertainment catalogue in Ireland does not establish access to TNT Sports. For a Box Office event, TNT's official information directs Republic of Ireland viewers to Sky Ireland. Check your provider's exact event page for purchase eligibility and any replay window; we have not verified paid-account recording or catch-up options there.

United States: the 2026 UFC route has changed

The current UFC event guide names Paramount+ for United States main-card and preliminary coverage. Do not rely on old articles describing ESPN+ as the exclusive US UFC streaming home. A Paramount+ subscription bought in another country is not necessarily the same sports product as the US service, and a US viewing announcement is not a worldwide rights announcement.

Use the exact UFC event page rather than assuming that a numbered event and a Fight Night have identical schedules. Where the event's official listing names an additional television outlet, check that outlet's coverage scope separately. Our viewing hub deliberately keeps US and UK access apart: Paramount+ in the United States does not replace TNT Sports in the UK, while Fight Pass's role depends on the listed phase and territory.

Other countries: use an event-specific check

Canada, Australia, Brazil and continental Europe need their own country rows in UFC's international viewing information. Do not copy a British service into a Canadian viewing plan, or interpret an Australian prelim listing as proof the main card is included. Our first step for readers outside the territories above is the official UFC viewing guide, followed by the broadcaster's local event listing.

That UFC URL is updated for different events, so check its title and date every time. A page bookmarked for an earlier card may now describe another one. If the promotion's time and the broadcaster's programme guide disagree, leave the time unconfirmed until they can be reconciled. Do not silently convert a suspect timezone abbreviation into a precise promise.

Cage Warriors and ONE have their own viewing guides

Cage Warriors directs viewers to UFC Fight Pass. That makes it a separate reason to consider Fight Pass even when live UFC main cards are carried elsewhere in your country. Check the specific Cage Warriors listing for preliminary and main-card times; an event taking place in Rome still needs UK viewing times for a British audience.

ONE requires a different check again. Fight Night, Friday Fights and The Inner Circle are separate event labels, with event-specific regional routes and access conditions. An official free video from one series does not establish free access to every bout in another. Use our Cage Warriors guide and ONE UK guide rather than treating all smaller promotions as a single streaming package.

Live, restart, replay and highlights are different products

A live listing only proves that a programme is scheduled, not that its complete recording will remain available afterwards. A restart option, where offered, rewinds an ongoing stream; it does not establish a permanent archive. A replay may be split into prelims and main card, and a short highlights video can omit almost the entire event.

Fight Pass's official app description warns that content varies with location, blackout restrictions and holdback windows. That is why we do not promise an immediate UFC replay merely because the event eventually belongs in an archive. For catch-up viewing, identify the service that carried your phase and check the actual recording. Our spoiler-conscious replay guide contains no fight outcomes, although external thumbnails and descriptions may reveal them.

A viewing decision path that prevents the wrong purchase

Write down the promotion, event identifier, country and phase before opening a checkout. For example, “UFC, United Kingdom, early prelims” is a different request from “UFC, Republic of Ireland, Box Office main card”. If you only want one bout, check which phase contains it; a fighter's name on the overall poster is not enough.

Then confirm the event appears in the service you intend to use and that your existing subscription covers it. Check the local calendar date, not just the clock: an American Saturday card may be a Sunday broadcast in Britain. Finally check whether your device is supported and whether your account is already billed through a television provider. Those four checks are more useful than a generic list of every combat-sports app.

Troubleshooting missing events without guessing

If an event is absent, first compare the event name, your country and the phase. A main-card tile will not necessarily contain early prelims, and an archive entry may not be available in every territory. If the provider shows a payment request, establish whether it is a missing sports entitlement or a separately purchased event before changing your plan.

Do not follow unofficial “free stream” links or instructions to evade territorial restrictions. For a legitimate account problem, use the provider's support route and keep the event identifier ready. Record what was missing and on which device, rather than assuming a promotion has disappeared from the service altogether. We review this hub monthly and when rights change; featured event times need a fresh fight-week check.

FAQs

Where can I watch MMA online in the UK?

Check the promotion and event phase first. UFC main-card listings point towards TNT Sports or event-specific Box Office coverage; early prelims may be listed on Fight Pass. Cage Warriors advertises Fight Pass, while ONE uses series-specific routes. Confirm the exact event in the provider's UK schedule before choosing a subscription.

Does HBO Max show UFC in the Republic of Ireland?

HBO Max's Ireland help says TNT Sports is not available through HBO Max there. It directs viewers towards Sky or Virgin Media. Check your distributor's actual UFC event listing and any separate Box Office conditions. Northern Ireland uses the UK territory route, so it must not be merged with the Republic's app-access instructions.

Is UFC still exclusively on ESPN+ in the United States?

Current UFC viewing information names Paramount+ for United States coverage. Old ESPN+ guidance should not be used as the current purchase route. Check the exact event and phase in the official schedule, because additional television coverage can be event-specific. A US deal also does not establish what a Paramount+ account carries in another country.

Does Fight Pass include every live UFC main card?

Do not assume that it does. Use the event-specific listing for your country and the particular phase you want. The official UFC app warns about regional restrictions and holdback windows. An archive entry or early-prelim listing does not prove that a UK main card is available live or immediately as a replay.
